The New York Archdiocese Review is fully underway at STM. Many parishioners took the opportunity to attend information sessions on Nov 13
th and 14
th and the time to complete the parish survey available both as a link on the STM website (
www.thomasmorechurch.org) and paper. Feedback from the survey reveals parishioners feel very good about STM. Respondents strongly agree or agree with the state of parish services, expressed there is a good sense of community and are particularly appreciative of the music.
Parishioners will see a few more changes in the next weeks with young childrens’ music at the Family Mass, introduction of (light) incense at the noon Mass and adult acolytes participating at various Masses. Fr. Madigan also reported that the parish finances are sound. Details are available at the Parish Office.
STM’s 7

With Thanksgiving and the Christmas season almost here, the STM Parish Council has completed a number of events and is busy with plans underway for many more. Parishioners were generous for the Thanksgiving Food Drive with both food and money gifts. The Christmas Toy drive will be underway Nov 30
th. Beginning Nov 24th, there will be an event during each Coffee Hour following the Family Mass, culminating in the Christmas Tree Lighting, Brunch and special visit from a white bearded guest on Dec 15
th. Details for all the events have been posted on the website and will be in each Sunday Bulletin. STM notecards, a wonderful Christmas gift, will also be available for sale during the Christmas season.
Respectfully submitted,
Alicia Damley, Secretary, STM Parish Council
